Re: [ACEsthetics] treatment planning help

She got a lower fixed orthotic from Williams today. I figured that was the way to start regardless of where we end up.

Stanley

On the lower arch, how about restoratively treating her lower arch/teeth to get her stable and then fabricating an overdenture/partial while re-establishing her occlusion to her more ideal vertical!

LVI'ers make lower orthotics as described for patients that probably cannot ever afford to proceed with FM using fixed and the patients can wear them for years with proper home care/FU.

I have a 60 year old woman that simply cannot afford FMR fixed dentistry. I need suggestions for the lower arch. She is not opposed to removeable- partial or complete. We are also redoing her upper anteriors. Her budget is 10-15 K.

Any thoughts?
