Re: [MTC Global] Leadership and the Emperor's clothes

There are no "gurus", most of them are media projected. In our Hindu tradition we have come across gurus and one such example could be Sri Guru Raghavendra Swamy of the famous Mantralayam. His holiness is called as a guru because he was in search of spiritual gnana and he pledged his life for it and when he left this world he had left behind so much of his work that his followers had to just follow what he could achieve. It is even said that he had lost his vision by the age of 55 years yet he achieved so much. Perhaps he never claimed himself to be a guru. Knowledge or Perfection is not a destination it is a continuous journey or even a relay where one person will pass-on the baton to another equally able runner. So there is no.such thing as "guru". Many have made millions by projecting another person as a guru or someone himself claiming to be a guru. If possible please watch the movie Enemy At The Gates acted by Jude Law and you will know how gurus or heroes are forcefully made. And mind you it is not easy to identify the fake from the real....

rch of GNANA or KNOWLEDGE. He

On leadership, one of the most favourite topics of training and other forms of contemporary education, this is a provocative article because it will annoy many.
