What do you all think of this Sleep Study?

We just started using the Ares Watermark system and we are having our sleep studies read by one of their physicians. When you look at these numbers, do you agree with the physician's diagnosis?

I understand that CPAP is the "preferred" method of tx, and at the same time, many pts come to us for an alternative to CPAP. When I look at the numbers I see the O2 saturation as not that bad. The AHI index definitely needs improvement; as does the RDI, and I think this pt would definitely show signs of improvement with a dental appliance.

So...when you get a diagnosis like this, do you ALWAYS follow the physician's recommendations or do you have a discussion with the pt and let them decide what they'd like to do?

Thoughts?
