Though economically priced hotel accommodation at very special rates has been arranged for the participants, but with a view to provide truly a memorable experience, we will also be having the Swiss Tents accommodation with attached Bath/WC laid out on spacious lawns on the banks of lakes we have on the campus. Though such tents are generally provided at a high rent of upto Rs. 10,000 per day but we have managed to get very very special rates in view of our usage of these on regular basis from the supplier. Today is the last day for the following special rates (after discount) for Swiss Tents booking to end :

- Single occupancy per tent: Rs. 7,500 per person for all the three days

- Double occupancy per tent: Rs. 4500 per person for all three days

- Triple occupancy per tent: Rs. 3375 per person for all three days

The registration charges till today have been kept extremely low to barely cover the lunch, two high tea everyday and two dinners during the three day event, thereby making the participation in Sankalp 2013 as though it is complimentary.

The rates for Swiss Tent as well as registration fee would get increased from tomorrow. The details attached.

Those who wish to avail the very very special discounted rates may kindly deposit the accommodation and registration charges in the following bank account today and confirm the same to me :

Name                      : Aravali MTC Global Sankalp 2013
Bank                      : ICICI Bank, Jodhpur Branch, Rajasthan, India
Account No.              : 016701015163
RTGS/NEFT IFSC Code : ICIC0000167

We have a number of participants from all over India and abroad already registered to participate in the above event.
