Skills Required and Job Description:

· - Overall 5+ years of Software and/or Application Development · - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) · - ASP.NET MVC · - C# · - Middle tier Business Logic · - Strong MS SQL experience and database development using T-SQL · - Strong knowledge of data structures, multi-threading, and N-Tier Architecture · - Familiarity with common developer tools – GIT,SVN, or TFS · - Javascript frameworks such as jQuery, Backbone.js or Knockout JS · - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English · - Experience working in a multi-team environment · - Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in Agile environment · - BS or MS degree in Computer Science  - Experience working with SaaS Applications strongly preferred 4 year degree and GPA required from fully accredited University Additional expertise desired: · Mongo or other NoSQL · Knowledge of enterprise systems, E-recruiting, Performance Evaluations, On-boarding, Human Resources, CRM, SFA, and ERP are a +. · Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments · CSS Frameworks such as LESS or Twitter Bootstrap
