RE: [ACEsthetics] Beware of Embrel

China has about 3-4 billion people give or take a billion.  They are modernizing their medical systems from the old witch doctor concept daily.  Take ten billion people and you say 800k die…not a bad system…but, Todd, I've seen the way these numbers are compiled.  This is not just the people who die from medical errors.  This is people who die in the hospital.

Recently we had an 80+ year old lady in early dementia in the hospital.  She needed some sort of restraint or sitter.  Hospitals cannot baby sit people even critical ones.  They are "monitored" from the bed.  This lady was listed as a fall risk but the family went bonkers when we mentioned minor restraints…not on my mother but they would not hire a sitter or have a family member there.  She got up to go "to her car" and fell, breaking her hip.  Sadly at that age and her state of health it was rapidly downhill even with a hip replacement and passed away.

The hospital waived all fees as is our policy even though this one should not have been our fault.  The family was satisfied.  Now a long lost son has arrived two months after the funeral, which he did not attend, and wants big bucks.  The family has already settled but he is sabre rattling.  It could turn into a nuisance suit.  Because of this we are now buying half a million dollars in alarms that go on the ankle and go off it the leg goes vertical.  There will be some false alarms but they will not be able to get out without us knowing it.

More people die from "conventional medicine than many other things (almost 800,000 per year if I recall). Simple over prescription. If that doesn't make some doctors dumb....what does it make them?

the total number of deaths

caused by conventional medicine is an

astounding 783,936 per year.

Todd you need to swear off any medication, tell physicians they are idiots and you know more about disease than they do, and refuse to get near a modern hospital.

Modern medicine. Turn systems off instead of supporting weak systems. Trade a symptom for a disease.

Truly sorry to hear about your friend.

I am not much of an alarmist, but we just had a 59 year old neighbor to die from non-Hodgskins lymphoma, which started a few months after being on embrel for four years, treating psoriasis which was very irritating to him, but certainly not life threatening. The odd thing is that on the contraindication sheet (which nobody really ever reads) it lists non-Hodgskins lymphoma as a possible problem, which eliminates any legal liability.

Sort of scary, isn't it? And of course, you can't say for sure it was the cause, but he was convinced. Too bad.

So long, Randy!
