Daniela, I don't know if you got your answer to this post or not but I have this one that I got from Sheila Brush who got it from Gerilyn! It's quite strong but then, the ladies of ACE do NOT mess around!
It can easily be modified for an admin position. Sheila used a version of it and got some surprisingly poor replies which of course weeds out a lot of riff-raff right off the top.
Here it is:

We are seeking someone for our clinical dental assistant/front desk concierge position. Job duties include, but are not limited to: chairside assisting of the dentist during all dental procedures, taking care of adult orthodontic patients, taking x-rays, taking impressions, assisting during bleaching, answering phones, scheduling patients, collecting money, reviewing treatment plans with patients, being involved with marketing for the practice, taking before and after photos of our patients, dealing with sales representatives and WOW-ing our patients any way it takes!
Applicant needs to have basic computer knowledge in Windows as well as basic typing skills. MOST important is a positive attitude, a willingness to work, attention to detail, willingness to learn new skills, and a desire to bend over backwards in treating our patients like they have never been treated before. You MUST play well with others as we have a very small team and depend on each other to make our days go smoothly! We have so much fun at our practice that it usually doesn't feel like WORK!
Previous experience in the dental field is desirable but not necessary. We will train you on our specific practice software, clinical skills and the necessary verbal skills to work in this type of practice. If you do not have any dental background, we will train you in dental jargon and all the dental procedures we perform.
