Re: [ACEsthetics] PRACTICE CONSULTANTS

Thanks, Alex.

The reason the ROI was instant is because of all the needed work that exists in hygiene in all practices.  It is nice to walk in the hygiene room, picture of affected tooth on the BAM, crown(s), orthotice, etc already sold and all the doc has to do is nod his or her head.

In your case, you had loads of new patient seeking TMD help.  After you let the team take over the new patient interview and used the techniques we have successfully used for years your acceptance rate tripled, correct?

The reason our information works, and will work for anyone, is that it is real.  It was trial tested and is still tested each and every day at the office.  The videos we show of candid, unrehearsed, unedited, patient interviews are priceless and a new and incredible way to teach.

AND Alex, you have the balls and the ability to hire good team and get out of their way.  That keeps thinks exciting and successful.

AND if you keep doing things this way, patient success and satisfaction will continue to rise and you will be even more successful.

Sherry Blair from LVI got systems in place for me a few years back. That was much needed at the time. And I'm thankful to her.
Most recently, I had Mac and Joleen to my office. I'm an enormous fan of theirs. I needed to get to the next level. I'm enjoying the climb without the stress! My team is loving their involvement and ability to handle situations with confidence and they get results. Their recipe is easy to implement as long as you follow it. ROI was instant.

I'm a big fan of PDA. They are especially helpful for the busy but not so profitable practice. They will help you get your staff more accountable for the practice success while giving you better systems for eliminating the ups and downs.

I can't speak about anyone else, but I've had Hollie as a part of my practice for over a year and a half.  She has certainly helped my office get back on track.  We had some staff issues, but who hasn't. She's also helped me stay focused as we are growing and looking to add an associate this year.  She's also done, and continues to do, amazing things in the growth and development of my team which truly determines how the practice runs.

I agree, the ROI is great, especially when you look at it over the entire year.  We were up about 150% last year.  I attribute a lot to progressive growth, but I also contribute a lot of that to Hollie as she helped keep things on the right track.  Growing pains are tough, but find the right person, and they will make them much easier.

After reading input about different consultants on this forum recently, mixed with my own experience...I will say this.....in my humble opinion...these high quality practice consultants....Hollie Bryant, Mac and Joleen, Sherry Blair, etc., are worth their weight in gold.  You can't go wrong hiring this level of quality input!!!  The benefits you get from their wisdom and energy changes your practice forever...easily and breathtakingly justifying the fees they charge.  The ROI is crazy..

am I wrong?  the only problem is if you don't implement what they are preaching, but even if you don't, that week alone will get you more money than the fees they charge...not even close!
