Re: [ACEsthetics] PROSPERITY!!!

Yes Mac...we dentists really screw things up. We make it way too complicated. So much so that the patients have a really hard time making a decision. The Mac and Joleen training has shown us how a patient can determine their own needs and then tell us what they WANT. It is so cool to see it in action!!

Steve,

Your post really makes Joleen and I feel great!!  Would you agree that dentists simply make things too hard and difficult when it comes to dealing with patients, i.e. understanding them and what it is they want?

I am sure that those who have not heard our information are scratching their heads and wondering what the hell do we do when we come in to an office.  If the problems are the same in dentistry, that means the solutions are the same.  The variables are the personalities, the culture and dynamics of the different offices (all of them are different).

The Pre Heat that is being discussed is the first part of the Anatomy of the Sale.  It is something we taught at Dental Boot Camp but we redid it to specifically fit in today's dental practice.  The Reboot Steve is talking about is something we just started offering our clients; Two days of intense discussing and sharing of things that work in a dental practice all based on sales and communication.  Yes, it is a Mastermind meeting but with very specific agenda and goal oriented outcomes.

We are now using a lot of candid videos (patients do not know they are being taped [faces not being shown] live so you can actually see the sales process go down).

We do what ever we can to help the offices actually implement our material....

Hello all....
My team and I are feeling SOOOO GOOD after the Mac and Joleen Group reboot. We have now truly found our lane. The girls are no longer feeling the pressure to sell something. The NP exams have become all about forming relationships and a little bit about exposing conditions along the way. As a result...the TRUST QUOTIENT is going way up and patients are accepting treatment plans and booking appointments for either basic dentistry or Phase One NM. Basically, we are having huge success in getting the patients into "the pipeline" as Brad called it.
Also of great help is the Mac and Joleen "Pre-Heat". The benefits of having a New Patient sit in your chair for the first time and tell you how they "heard how great you are"...its great for the psyche, its great for the pocketbook. After Reboot, we are focusing even more than ever on Pre-Heat...
I am so appreciative of Mac and Joleen for setting up what amounted to a "free" CE weekend. But I am equally appreciative of the continuance of old relationships and the beginning of new relationships with the amazing group of people who attended. Whoever it was who called it a "Mastermind Meeting" (Curtis I think) was right on the money.
Special thanks.... to Chris and JJ for the inspiration to "do whatever it takes".... to Brad Durham for showing my team "what is possible".....to Curtis and Alex for reminding me what it feels like to have great friends who inspire you every time you see them.
Anyone who is not considering becoming part of the  Mac and Joleen Group" really needs to reconsider. The initial in-office training pays for itself right away (we had our best year last year at almost $2 Million) and then the gravy keeps coming in many forms...continued prosperity, effective and stress-free sales systems, free Reboot meetings, and networking with an amazing support group ("The Masterminds").

I am so lucky an honored to be a part of this!!
