##9 Nobody knows .. why these training program is happening in the
first place . Sometime I have seen some eccentric manger entering half
an hour after the program has started , only to announce his
subordinate , how busy his day usually in these time, and indicating
in his sacrcastic smile what the wastage the program is even, when he
has not given a proper attention of 60 seconds. All he needs, is his
all the people around him remain distracted with his activities of
yawning , jumping to attend a phone, which has been ringing far away
from him , which has no business with him and shift the attention to
his childish actions.

It is these days , these things has forced me to create a extra
session call " Whats going on - are we in same page or in different
books altogether " for these apparently entertaining and amusing
managers , who provides unannounced distraction in the program/
