[ACEsthetics] What would you do for this patient?

14 y.o. Asian F presented with this on the UR. Lingering pain to cold and hot by report for about 2 weeks. Spontaneous pain of increased intensity the previous night.

#3 has migrated mesially into the carious defect.

PA is attached. What would your treatment be here? Would you do RCT #4? Implant? What about #3?

I will share what I am doing after seeing a few responses.

David R. Boag, DDS
