[MTC Global] I would like to know that transcript is valid in India or not

Dear Sir/Madam,

Shobhit University, Meerut is providing one sitting degree for those who have gap of three years in the courses like BA, MA, Executive MBA and some of the other with distance mode courses.

This university is providing transcript in place of mark sheet, then I would like to know that transcript is valid in India or not.
