Same applies to younger members too. I have already said and it is mentioned in the code of discipline on the group that do respond but do not react. Mail on the group should not be addressed to individual. If we follow the discipline, this problem will not be faced.

Allow me to submit humbly and with all the humility... that please do send personal addressed mails on the mtc 

 

We should appreciate what ever anyone is sharing....

 

We all have a busy life and taking out time to read through the lengthy discussions and giving a bird's view... is a work of patience...that i would not dare to give credit for even to myself...because i too skip.  and read....:D

 

but lets keep this light and try to avoid criticism directed to a person specific.

 

this only dissuades...younger members from participating...as they worry they might invite rebuke and sharper open public criticism due to inexperience

 

pardon me if i have crossed the line for i know many here are my seniors and are wise in their choice of words.
