Be it business or education, in my opinion, there are two kinds of employee involve in dirty politics and spooning their bosses;

1. Incompetent yet Over-ambitious 

2. Competent and Over-ambitious

1. those involve in the politics who are either incompetent and can not attain the desired position/ power through their own efforts. they are like creepers who without the support of tree can not go up.

2. those who are competent but can not afford the time and complexity of the system due to their own over ambitious mindset. They are like mango trees but they want fruit within say one year after sapling is done.

But the point is that majority believe in belonging to first category from the above . If we look at Paratos 80:20 principle 80 per cent people fall in this category who are so called white collar. Rest 20 per cent are blue collar who actually contribute to the organizations' productivity but the endeavor of whom goes unnoticed and none care about them. They still work because they are TRUE KARMAYOGIs.
