I do not think kind of generalization that has been made is true. With 45 years of experience dealing with 1000 blue collared employees and 50 white collared employees behind me, I can say with confidence that there are good or bad people in both groups. Other important experience is that unionized labor or unionized staff tend to be lax in their commitment and in their performance.

Dear Friends, As we all know, the definition of Blue-collar workers is : "Those perform labor jobs and typically work with their hands" and that of "White-collar workers usually perform job duties in an office setting" The Modern Definition is Blue Collar Workers are " Those who are Honest, Dedicated, Sincere, Straight-forward and do not indulge in politics" White Collar Workers are " Those who are Dishonest but try to be honest, Sly and always runs after their bosses waiting for opportunities to lick their feet under any circumstances"
