Re: [MTC Global] JOBS REDEFINED

Blue collar & White collar are terms which have been constituted by the British raj to show a distinction
& as a mark of their superiority. That was in industrial age, a century back.
Affter that, we have passed through the Information age, Knowledge economy, Technology revolution
& now it is a Creative Economy.
Where are we ?? Blue collar, White Collar, Brown collar is HISTORY. Let us get that first.
Today, everyone is a Professional - right from a lathe machine operator to an accountant to an artist to a politician
to a Management consultant.
It is certainly not fair to generalize blue collar & white collar working persons.
From whichever angle, it is not acceptable. Let us not do this in this august forum.

In India, there are a good number of Bureaucrats, Managers, CEO", Police Officers, Entrepreneurs, Teachers,
Artists, Actors, Sprortsmen, Supervisors, Foremen, & the likes. The system runs because of them .
The nation is progressing owing to their non negotiable traits like Integrity, Trust, Accountability ,
Commitment. Yes. Others dont matter. The scenario today is far too complex.

As celeb American President Thomas Jefferson said  " One man with courage is a majority".
That one man is enough to steer the organization to make it - run effectively , strong ethically , think innovatively
& astutely driven . It is  either one man or few men. This is happening in every organization in India.

Dear Friends,
As we all know, the definition of
Blue-collar workers is :
"Those perform labor jobs and typically work with their hands"
and that of
"White-collar workers usually perform job duties in an office setting"
The Modern Definition is
Blue Collar Workers are
" Those who are Honest, Dedicated, Sincere, Straight-forward and do
not indulge in politics"
White Collar Workers are
" Those who are Dishonest but try to be honest, Sly and always runs
after their bosses waiting for opportunities to lick their feet under
any circumstances"
