Re: Re: [MTC Global] SUGAR AND HUMAN BODY

Dear All,

The points raised by Professor Ankit are valid. Man is
a strange creation of nature, endowed with intellect
and reason that help man to build his own system like
education, jobs, hospitals, gyms, etc.

Many a times man feels he has won over the nature, can
fly upto moon, can kill mighty wild beasts like lion
and tiger. Man leads artificial life using anti-
natural means that has resulted into many ills making
man insecure in-spite of his ultra-modern technology
and science.

I am 70 years old, fond of sugar, does Shirsasana,
takes Indian exercises for 40-50 minutes every day
that include postures, warming exercises, squats,
Dand,
prayer and Pranayam. In spite of 40% disability, I am
leading a disease free life, no head ache, no pills,
no injections, I am a pure vegetarian, takes two plain
meals, Thursday and Saturday one meal only. I do not
go movies, I have not read news paers since 2006, I do
not go for hotelling, I do not eat outside the house
save I
am on a long journey.

See the attachment. I would like to suggest:
1.
Lead the life in natural ways, clothings, eating
habits,etc.
2.
Aging in a natural phenomenon, make every attempt to
retard it. During aging cells die, no replacement. Can
we make the cells working on a longer duration. Cell
life depends on the degree of efficiency of internal
combustion, energy generation, union of essence of
food value flowing through the blood and oxygen
carried though lungs. Keep this process efficient.
3.
There is a proven concept and technique of Kaya-Kalpa.
4.
Keep a balance in thoughts, acts, meals, physical
exercise,and habits.
5.
As per Shashras, man's average life is 100 years: 25
years Brahmacharyashrama, 25 years Grihasthasrama, 25
years Vanaprasthasrama and 25 years Sanyashrama.
5.
During Mahabharata war, Lord Krishna was 144 years old
and Bhismachaya about 220 years old.
6.
One can win over the hereditary diseases comfortably
by proper care, habits, food and above all physical
exercise.

Balance is the rule of nature. Keep it. Adaption of
anything extremely in excess (Atirek) leads to fatal
results/end.

Regards.

Yours,

In fact we have made it a habit to think about the
future unnecessarily about what which no one has seen.

So all this comes in the form of medical illness to
us.

Just take an example-

Parents think that they should save as much as
possible for their children to have a better and
secured future and for that they are working more than
their capacity and thereby developing medical
illness. But this should not be there. Atleast we can
leave something for our young ones to achieve in
future.
