Must-haves:

5+ years J2EE version 6 development experience 

JSF and JSP experience – JSF and JSP are HUGE Must haves!

Hibernate/ hibernate annotations 

Spring Background

Web Services (SOAP and REST) -  Must be able to write web services from scratch

RSA Access Manager Experience 

Websphere and Apache exp

JUnit exp (for testing) 

 

Pluses:

Java Certification 

Ajax is a plus

Financial Services, Capital Markets or Mortgage Industry experience preferred

Waterfall/ Scrum Methodology

Websphere 8.x
