Surprised no comments on the double anterior cantilever off of 4?  Some very creative NYU guys in this area.

In response, here is the pano I inherited on the case;

I failed to consider the discussion of what happens after the sinus lifts with her, good point.

The lower arch, alone, is $10k; I'm going to work on the OMS for a $5000 fee for the maxilla, that leaves me with 5k to play with.

The seeds have been planted that this is an interim prosthesis, both arches will not last without more support, and that the case would be easier with 7-10 gone.  I may let the OMS convince her of that.

This woman was in the office today when we finalized her understanding of where we are headed, and I had created a ppt for her and gave her a note pad (she took no notes??).  The other patient reinforced how well treated she has been in our office and the OMS (who is the Flyers' OMS).
