Job Description:
Job Title:  Business System Analyst
Location: Lexington, MA
Contract: 6+ months  contract
 
Qualifications:
7+ years experience managing projects using the SDLC.  Proven track record with planning, estimating, organizing and leading complex projects according to plan
7+ years of solid business systems analysis experience in all phases of the SDLC from problem definition through implementation.
Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate team leadership in all interactions.
Experience performing business systems analysis for large, complex system implementations.
Ability to create business and functional specifications according to business needs.
Ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or requirements.
Experience providing business process guidance to the development team.
Ability to create system test plans and cases.
Experience researching and analyzing reported bugs.
Clinical background and/or HL7 experience preferred.

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent project management, decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and experience with Project Management Life Cycle concepts.
Effective leader, facilitator, interviewer, listener, organizer, writer.
Experience with relational databases and using TOAD.
