Subject: Re: [ACEsthetics] Porc versus tooth
If u have practiced long this is often seen with traditional ceramic pfms with metal linguals. I have seen it in reverse where the lower veneers tore up the upper linguals of the max
Usually an incorrect vdo. Reset abolish jaw position. Crown lengthening and veneers crown full lower arch. Plus a nite guard.

New patient today. Needs his lower arch restored. He is class III end-to-end and is a pretty heavy clencher grinder.
A nice reminder of what happens to tooth when it grinds against porcelain.
