Re: [MTC Global] Corporate Governnance in ET

Thanks to Dr. Vinod for sharing a wonderful article on Indian CEOs.

Running the university/institute is more complex than running a MNC/Global
Company because of obvious reasons like our product is intellectual youths, with
no profit but as a selfless service to society, etc. Just then imagine what type
of CEOs (Principal/Director) we need to have? How do we appoint VCs and
Principals/ Directors? Is their any competency criteria in place?
