Statement given by Dr Reddy is correct. When dedicated teachers are available for service, they need to be honoured without losing balance. When they are subjected to stress, they will overcome the stress and still continue to provide their service for the benefit of all stakeholders. Only when their integrity is tested and suspected, they will slip like a water drop on a lotus leaf and will leave .....

Like Mercury, Water DROP on a LOTUS leaf also can't be broken and it will slip away coolly without leaving any stain..So to say Good People  will be there at the time when they are wanted , solve the issue and get away coolly without expecting any honours.
