Sir, 

Congratulation.  The credit for the book goes primarily to the members of the group who have inspired the thinking on Faculty Development and has helped the evolution of many faculty members through their posts.  My greetings and best wishes to all of them.  

It is your inspiration and resolve that made it possible to contribute in a small way to a work that is very dear to my heart - developing human capabilities for improved productivity and efficiency.  

I thank every author who has provided a different perspective on this topic and have broadened my horizons while structuring and editing the book.  This is my humble beginning in the art of editing and publishing and i hope the book meets the expectations of every reader.  

I look forward to meeting the inspirational personalities of MTC Global in Sankalp 2013.  

I would like to be the first to thank Prof. Dutta for his tireless hard work in creating a platform for many faculty members who do not have access to mentors and role models. 

My thanks and regards to all the visionaries who have been providing their ideas and support through various threads of discussion on MTC Global. 

Looking forward to a inspirational learning experience in the future days to come.

It is a great pleasure to inform that our second book project on 'Faculty Development' has gone for printing this Monday.  Our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Prof. C Nagapavan of Jharkhand Central University and a senior MTCian, who has done the complete editing work for the book.

 

Dr. Mahesh Karajgikar, a senior MTCian, is sponsoring 100% cost for the book. We are grateful to Dr. Mahesh. In this connection, we would like to mention that our first book titled 'Management of Management Department' was sponsored by Late Prof. Rooshikumar Pandya—a great teacher, trainer and life-coach.

 

The book will come out of the press in one month time from now. This would be our landmark contribution to Management Education as there is no such title available till date. We are confident that it would be a great value addition.
