The whole episode describes that they don't want to test your KASH for the faculty position. Their motives might have been different. But you need not worry, because you can do better things than these.

a) I said, Once people used to say the place is sensitive area as some people found tigers, after some years, the name of the colony created in that name……… But the reply is another comedy…..

This is the way; our interview process is going on for recruiting a faculty in Management.
Let us hope and pray for change in the mindset of interviewers to judge the performance of Management Faculty and let us rebuild the value of management education.
