Dear Padmaji,
It reminds me of an Interview three years back...in a government
Institute.....where I was interviewed for more than 45 minutes and on
different technical issues.. but ultimately the candidate who was
selected was much junior to me...in fact she had just passed her PhD
Final Viva a month before.....and the best part was , she came back in
10 minutes.....In most of the cases the choices are made much before
they are being exercised....
