[ACEsthetics] New Post/Thread Notification: Patient Communication

Hello,

SpikeDDS has just posted in the Patient Communication forum of ACE Dental World under the title of Dismissal letter of a chronic no-show no-pay.

Here is the message that has just been posted:

"We will be glad to make you an appointment, Mr. X. We just need your credit card number to reserve your appointment time, and without adequate advance notice, your credit card will be charged a fee of $X per hour in the event you fail to make your appointment. We value you as a patient, and now in return we ask that you value our time as your providers, and allow us to serve you and our other valued guests. We can't care for anyone if the chair is empty."

Schmoozing over. Let him choose. Since you say he's a nice guy, why turn him away? Let HIM turn away or at least make the hour worthwhile for yourselves if he continues the pattern of behavior. Money talks. BS walks.

Unless he's not at "nice" as you say that he is, then all bets are off.
