Kent, I've got my first "tongue burning" patient coming in Wednesday for a consult for a MAD. It failed to stop her roaring at night and she went back to the doc. He'll redo at the same fee six weeks after original surgery. Tell me it is not a racket. She is a PA and I'm surprised she did not think it out before letting him do it. She supposedly got a discount at four grand. This is going to be a racket and I'm thinking he will be pissed at me before this is over. Guy*
