my two cents. I have not used in well over 20 years and will not use a cutting instrument, carbide or diamond, more than for single use. Have you ever seen the scanning sem's of these after a single use. for carbides, after a single steam sterilization cycle? edges are all chewed up instruments not concentric. And if you think you can get all the debris out of a coarse diamond coating, that there are not diamond particles that get plucked out and expose non cutting shaft and/or mess with concentricity, then i have some swampland in florida i can sell you. So even if you are using the high price so called multiple use diamonds, they really should be single use only. i sure as hell don't want a diamond used on someone else in my mouth with someone elses tooth dust embedded in it.
