That's a great system Mike . But I think everyone is better off , after 10 -20 years , if you add another DDS and have them take all emergencies , unless they have special plans or something . It's good for the patients , the established Dr , the new Dr , the team and the practice . Farran had a great article last month in Dtown on the subject . Life is TOO short for 24/7 dental worries
