Issa Tchiroma, the Biya Regime and the Talibanized-demonization of Christian Churches
By Prophet Ntemfac Ofege
These are just some of the charges laid upon the doorsteps of the Christian churches (erroneously called Pentecostal Churches) as explicated during a Press Conference held in Yaounde on August 25by the self-appointed spokesman of that regime, one Issa Tchiroma Bakary, Minister of Communications:
1.       The Christian churches constitute many security threats one of them being the threat to public order because they were very noisy by day and by night hence by shutting them down, was an clean-up campaign or an act of «salubrité publique» to use the minister's exact words.Mr. Tchiroma was expansive in quoting segments of the preamble of the Camerounese constitution:
        i.            No person shall be harassed on grounds of his origin, religious, philosophical or political opinions or beliefs, subject to respect for public policy;
     ii.            The State shall be secular. The neutrality and independence of the State in respect of all religions shall be guaranteed;
   iii.            freedom of religion and worship shall be guaranteed;
2.      Under charges that the Christian churches were thereto contravening public morals or 'désormais la moralité publique,'Mr. Tchiroma all but re-echoed charges made against the 'Pentecostal' churches by, especially the government controlled media and other media in Cameroun to wit:  that the Pastors of these Christian churches are all but crooks and thieves, extortionist, adulterers, home-breakers responsible for extortion, false teachings, fake miracles, etc.
3.      Other government officials brought up further charges.  A CNN report quoted the North West Regional governor Adolphe Lele L'Afrique who declared that police had discovered the abduction of 30 children under age 18 by a pastor in Bamenda. The pastor said he wanted to remove the children from a bad society, Lele added.

Yaoundé Décret n°70/DF/88 du 18 Février 1970 The CNN report added that other government officials also say that some pastors convince congregants that they do not need professional medical treatment for their ailments, etc.
'It cannot be gainsaid that freedom of worship and its exercise thereof are fundamental human rights,' Mr. Tchiroma said. « But in Cameroun, like elsewhere in the world, freedom of worship are limited by the constraints of life in society, especially the respect of public order.'
'Public order,' Mr. Tchiroma said'Was a notion that included 'public security or safety, public hygiene and from now public morals.'
Based on the above charges, and then some, the Biya regime hung on disingenuous charge that almost all of the Christian churches are unlicensed to orchestrate a hot pursuit against them and to shut them down.
So far over 300 churches in Douala, Yaounde and, especially Bamenda, have been closed down.
Mr. Tchiroma'sMuslim sneer while talking about the Christian churches was very pronounced. Another Muslim member of government, the now jailed, former Minister of Interior, one Marafa Yaya, had actually signed a Taliban order banning Christian churches.
Tchiroma used words like 'unhygienic, new phenomenon, so-called Revivalist, Pentecostal, etc. to characterize the Christian churches. They only existed because of the 'administrative tolerance,' the man said.

Nero Hitlerian Talibanized- Demonization and Hounding of Christians
The timing, as well as the choice of towns, in the regime's drive against Christian churches was all but innocent. The Camerounese state is in an election year. In the past, the government members of the ruling party, the Cameroun Peoples Democratic Movement (CPDM), have accused churches, even the so-called mainstream churches of calling upon their members to vote against the ruling party whose abbreviation is described by some as Corrupt People Demonstrating Malevolence, CPDM.
Hence charges that Christian Pastors are corrupt is only a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
The Camerounese state reeks of corruption, corruption everywhere, so much so that pundits speak of a Corruption culture in Cameroun. Shutting down Christian churches is only another manifestation of corruption albeit a very violent one: abridging man's right to worship freely is violence most heinous. Clearly some very corrupt people were demonstrating malevolence in the closure of the churches.
It is an open secret that neighbouring Nigeria and Nigerian pastors have a tremendous influence in the rise of 'Pentecostal' Revival in Cameroun.
It is also an open secret that Cameroon's beleaguered English-speaking populations or anglophones are leading animators of all Christian churches in Cameroun. The anglophones have transferred their pattern of worship to Diaspora towns like Douala and Yaounde. The anglophones, and their Nigerian confederates, are especially targeted and aggrieved by the closure of their churches.

Mr. Tchiroma's claims that President Biya did not specifically called for the closure of churches and that the call was made by local administrators is part of the man's habitual tendency to manipulate and tell fat ones.
The existence of a church in Cameroun is by an order of the president post the recommendation of his Minister of Interior. You cannot say the man who arrogates unto himself the power of life and death over denominations and churches is not responsible for their closure and hence death. The last time Mr. Biya decreed the existence of a church was in 1998, more than 15 years ago!
From 1952 to date, as evident by the sidebar, the government of Cameroun has legalized only 46 churches out of a possible 5000 applications.
Consequently, Mr. Tchrioma claims Mr. Biya's proverbial inertia had nothing to do with this sorry state of affairs is a fib. The minister claimed that it was because the licensing of churches is 'rigourous'is another fib.
The method is almost criminal. You refuse to grant Christian churches the franchise to function since 1998 and then you use the pretext that they are unlicensed to shut them down.
Grave Violations to Freedom of Worship
There were more serious issues in the church closure than meet the eye. Charges that Christian churches make noise by day and by night when they worship the Lord God is a fundamental -  but very serious - violation of a Christian's right to pray, to worship and to praise his God as best he can.
Christianity is anchored in a Book called the Bible, not the Koran. The Lord Jesus, himself, the very God of God and the Pillar of the Christian church, taught his disciples how to pray.
Lu 11:1 And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.  2 And he said unto them, when ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.
The Christian church is a SAYING church. The Spoken word is a foundation to the Christian Word because the God that Christians worship and serve is a WORD GOD. The Christian prayer is SAID. All the prayers in the Bible are written because they were said to the hearing of those who wrote them.
John 1. 1 n the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The saying process is, noisy, per force. God is his word and the especially character that the Lord God gave those who believe in him is the Word. Christians say and they make noise and are noisy in church because their prayers are said. Preventing Christians from speaking in church is about as grave a violation of human rights as can be.
Christians no longer go to fellowship to offer bulls and goat sacrifices. They go to church to offer to the Lord God the sacrifice of praise and worship. The Bible even tells Christians to offer the sacrifice of praise and worship to the Lord God continually - no matter where the Christian is found.
Hebrews 13; 12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate. 13 Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach. 14 For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come. 15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
To praise is to SPEAK well of, to express admiration for, to compliment, to commend, to congratulate, to applaud, to eulogize and to extol. This is a noisy process. To worship is to EXPRESS reverence for and to show obeisance. Worship is the highest form of praise. Music is a very important part of both praise and worship. Praise and worship are noisy processes. Music was there when the Lord God created the world and with it the likes of Messrs.  Biya and Tchiroma.
Job 38: 1 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said, 2 Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge? 3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.  4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. 5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? 6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;  7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
True worshippers both praise and worship their God. They make noise; plenty of noise. True Christians pray in tongues because they have understood the mystery behind speaking mysteries unto their God in the language of his understanding. Praying in tongues is a self-edifying prayer and it is about the only way the Christian can access unsearchable and unspeakable power by prayer directly to the Lord God.
No Christian church would claim to praise and worship the Living God without being noisy. An unbelieving infidel Muslim would not understand the noise.
Psalms 34:1 I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
This is why the Christian is expansive and expressive. A Muslim or a Roman Catholic would not understand that. Christians cannot praise their God with a gag order looming over their collective head.
Breaking the Prophesized Nimrod Babylonian Barrier
The current 'manhunt' against the Christian churches in Cameroun inadvertently triggers Eschatology or End times events as foretold in Revelations 13 and 17. The manhunt proves, once again, that Christendom and its ecumenical Muslimdom confederates still have to be educated on basic Christian concepts like church in apposition to mosques and other structures founded on the Nimrod Ziggurats. These religions need foundation lessons the New Testament and its attendant New Testament Priesthood. They also need a solid lesson on the basis for the ongoing divine restoration of the House church itself grounded on a firm verse of Scripture. 1Co 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
The church wahala in the Camerounese state is a measure of the stage the Rock Jesus is at in the task he gave himself.  I will build my church, the Lord Jesus said.
Mt 16:18 And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
The church of God, as demonstrated in Matthew 16:18 is built upon a ROCK called Christ. Not upon a man called Peter or Cephas which means a 'Small stone.'  The Gates of Hell cannot, and will never, ever prevail against the Christian church. Especially when that church is on the offensive and moving!
The word 'church' or 'churches' are derived from the Greek 'ekklesia' which simply means a call-out assembly of the redeemed or believing Christians. The word church is used 80 times in the New Testament and at no time does it refer to a Caesar or man-decreed denomination or a church building. The church is not a name. Neither is it a building. Whereas what exists as legal churches in Cameroon today are not churches that Jesus is building but churches that the administration fashioned and then the president decreed them into existence and/or non-existence. These other churches are called DENOMINATIONS because they were so-named by the man who created them.
The same is true for 'churches' all over the earth. Their constitution, their names, their administration, everything, were all tailored to suit the powers and principalities, rulers of this world against whom we wrestle.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
When the Bible says 'church' it means the Church Universal or the ekklesia and secondly to the house church. The Church Universal is grounded on Matt16; 18'I will build my church…' and not to any one section or division of the church. Definitely, not to a denomination.
When the Bible says '...tell it unto the church, but if he neglect to hear the church…Matt 18:15-17, it is talking about a house church. Hence when you come upon the word church in the Bible, the context will determine whether it refers to the house church or the Church Universal.
The word 'churches' in the Bible always refers to the house churches and never to denominations, organized groups of churches or church buildings.
Ro 16:4 Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. Ro 16:16 Salute one another with an holy kiss. The churches of Christ salute you. 1Co 7:17 But as God hath distributed to every man, as the Lord hath called every one, so let him walk. And so ordain I in all churches. 1Co 11:16 But if any man seem to be contentious; we have no such custom, neither the churches of God. 1Co 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
The Lord Jesus did not come to start a church. He did not come to start another religion. He came to give us everlasting life. Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Joh 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
The Lord Jesus never told man to create the Holy Roman Baptist Apostolic Catholic Evangelical Muslim Full Gospel Islamic Winners Infidel Presbyterian Al Qaida Fundamentalist Abdul Bahia Hindi Scientology Christ the Queen Wisdom Ambassadors Hail Mary Only True Issa Tchiroma Lying Synagogue Church of Mohammed.
These things were invented by man, for man's only glory, wickedness, hypocrisy or all of the forenamed; just to regiment the lives of other men's life and claw back man's inalienable freedom to worship HIS GOD.
From the beginning of time to date, man has been aided in this enterprise by Lucifer himself. The proposition of My God is simple. The Lord God is not in the cathedral nor is he in the Ziggurat or in the denomination. The Lord God is in man, in your mighty heart, especially when you believe and confess Jesus and are thus redeemed. 1Co 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 2Co 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Re 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
Friends, if you are a Christian, our God is in you, with you as you; for you always: It is true that the Christians need a place of fellowship wherein they can come together (for one will uproot 1000 and two will send 10.000 in flight) to Shaaaaaaaaaaagaash and reketeeeesshhh and shaboosh thereby uprooting all spiritual wickedness in high places.
Le 26:8 And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. De 32:30 How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up?Isa 30:17 One thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one; at the rebuke of five shall ye (they) flee: till ye be left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on an hill.
This is why the Biya regime and the Tchiromas of this world are afraid. But not to worry; get into your closet and speak mysteries unto the universe. You will still send their gates crashing down in Jesus Name!
After the Order of Nimrod
Modern day Christians do not even know that the events in the Camerounese state today were fashioned by events five thousand years ago – during the construction of thetowering Tower of Babel. Babel is still very much with us, imposing its humanistic, centristic, narcissistic, dictatorial, uniformist agenda; influencing our values and actions and pretentiously thinking that it can SHUT DOWN the will of the Most High God – the El Elyon himself - for the church.
God made man for dominion i.e. to reign upon the earth. Satan thinks he can thwart that. When Noah and his sons came out of the ark, God's instructions were clear. God said unto them, 'be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth.' Gen 9:1. God had a worldwide purpose for the earth. Noah has three children – Shem Ham and Japheth. Ham committed a homosexual act upon his drunken father, Noah and was cursed.
Gen 9: 20 And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard: 21 And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. 22 And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without. 23 And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness. 24 And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. 25 And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
Ham's first son was Cush. Cush begat Nimrod, the godfather of all tyrants. Nimrod was filled with lust for power over all men.Nimrod hunted down men to enslave and subjugate them. He is the founder of Babel, the satanic realm of counterfeit religions and denominationalism.
See the Nimrod factor. God said fill the earth. The Nimrods of old came in to attempt to thwart that plan by saying: LET US:
Gen 11: 1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.  2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.  3 And they said one to another, Come, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for mortar.  4 And they said, Come, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
Nimrod's cathedral was called a Ziggurat. Jesus said, I will build my church. The Nimrods here said. Let us build. So they used brick and mortar to erect cathedrals and synagogues and mosques, etc. With spires reaching right up to heaven!
The Hamitic Nimrods of today are behind the doomed attempts to hunt down the church that Jesus is building in the hearts of men. The church of God is universal and built upon a Rock called Jesus. The Nimrod church is built like unto a city and very localized.
God willed his people to fill the whole earth and make it fruitful in other words God wanted the world to be covered with the knowledge of God. Denominationalism is about attempts by governments to make only segments of the world known thus thwarting the version of God. And, when Christians become wise and attempt to break free, the Satanists wade in to shut them down.
The church of God in Christ 'the Rock' Jesus, that incredibly vast multitudes of the redeemed even now standing before the Lord God was purchase by God himself with his own blood is challenged yet unstoppable.
Ac 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
Jesus is building his church after his own fashion. What can a puny and very corrupt government, I might add, do about that?
The Lord Jesus put his emphasis on MESSAGE. The Nimrods put their emphasis on mortar; my cathedral is bigger than yours. My mosque is bigger than yours. My Ziggurat is better than yours. My god is bigger than yours! Everything that does not belong to, and does not support their version of church, must be regimented, denied the right to exist under false pretenses, and then shut down still under false pretenses.
Nimrod though he could take the place of God. He acted the Alpha and the Omega and though he could play god over the essential life of man – the right to worship the El Elyon. Nimrod is the godfather of all these deified tyrants loitering on Planet Earth this day. But there is something that the Nimrods do not know: Power belongs to the church of God, hence the Christians.
Mt 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
The Lord Jesus gave that POWER to the ekklesia or the Church Universal when he said: GO! 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Mark 16: 14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen. 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Friend, my deep prayer to you is that you learn how to recognize denominationalism, how it works and how you can break this Babylonian barrier upon your path and you soldier manfully or womanfully towards your God and my God.If you, my Christian friend did not know it, know it now: You can shut Nimrod down.
Yes, you!
That small you!
You are the temple of God and the Spirit of God lives in you, as you, with you for you. You are a mobile and very dangerous local-house church.
You are a one-man riot church!
Yes, you!
Que la querre, commence!
Cast the demons out!

The Source of my Strength
Bishop David Oyedepo says, "Christianity is not a religionl. Christianity is a manifestation of the supernatural:  supernatural wisdom, understanding, knowledge, counsel, power-stamina, righteousness-morality, and spirit. I am a born-again Christian, a prophet, a proof and manifestation of that power. I am a vibrant winner, an overcomer, a victor. I can do ALL things through HIM which gives me strength. I lead. I speak wisdom to my generation.
