I don't know the cause of death. Maybe Howard Hoffman does.
I think he had to be in his 70s but I'm not sure. He looked great the last time I saw him.

I had the privilege of meeting Jeff and once sharing a stage with him at the AACD. He was an impressive individual.
Some might not know he was also an accomplished artist as well as an accomplished dentist.
