Why wouldn't it be if it is based on second and third tier medications. Who wants that?

Bruce,  Our health care system costs roughly half per capita what yours costs,   
It's not about the money; it's about other things.

Do you think the US wouldn't have a nationwide health care system if we didn't have to spend so much money defending people who look down their noses at us?
