Looks like herpetic outbreak.

Generally, we will apply high conc ozone gas and give pts ozonated oil to apply
at home. Sometimes, low level laser, too.

Those just doing the direct gas ozone application report extremely rapid
elimination of pain and rapid closure of the lesions. Better yet, 25% do not
have recurrence of lesions.
