Sil-tec is silicon based...and from my understanding...just about anything can be carcinogenic...it is just a matter of quantity/duration usually....

Have not full dentures been indicated as causing cancer if they are ill fitting and cause ulcerations?

And not let's get started again on our good friend "Elemental Mercury"

David, I can't answer the carcinogenic question, I know many offices that have used it for years. Very simple to adjust areas that need prior to use.
