Conduct front end analysis: The factors responsible for performance are as follows:

I. Personal factors

- Education of the employees

- Training underwent by the employees

- Motivation of the employees

- Goals set by the organization

- Good health of the employees

II. Work place factors

- Ergonomic workplace

- Tools and equipment available

- Operation manuals available

- Job aids available

- Environment of the work place

III.Endogenous factors

- Leadership

- Evaluation and feedback on the performance of the employees

- Culture of the organization

- Interpersonal relationships

- Rules and regulations of the organization

 Now use these factors and evaluate the factors in the given organization.

1 ambience of work place
2 availability of basic facilities like air, water etc
3 work culture and environment of work place
