Re: [MTC Global] Truth alone triumphs - the saga continues!

It just goes to prove a point that many a hurdle will come in the way of those who stick to principles...ethics...and righteous beliefs. Also we can see that CBI through its connections in other Government Machinery like I.T. & Lower Level Judiciary and maybe with a little pressure on AICTE made life miserable for Aravali's who refused to cow down and went on relentlessly fighting against the corrupt CBI.And these bodies deflect, deviate and side step the provisions of RTI citing themselves to be above the law.Unfortunately the Legal Mechanism does not see the mischief or malafide intent of some corrupt officers who through their vindictive actions bring a bad name to CBI and thus all officials - good, the bad and the ugly are painted with the same tainted brush. A proper Investigation should be undertaken and often we have seen the media taking up the work of Investigative Journalism very well to expose not just Officials who think they are above the law but even the Neta's who act as if they own the country.

For a change Aravali's should try to put the shoe on the foot of the corrupt officials by turning the heat on them for a change. Expose them....give sound bytes to media....if necessary form a Media Cell for the Institute to counter such pressure tactics from vindictive Government officials. Also you can file a case against AICTE for with-holding permissions on flimsy ground by tagging along with CBI and claim monitory compensation from them. Make them pay for their mistakes.....No doubt the battle would be hard but it will instill a fear in such corrupt officials of such misdeeds in future. The former CBI Chief Aswani Kumar could depose as to who were the signatories of the file sent by CBI Jodhpur.
