Looking for Senior BSA with Salesforce experience - great if Admin Certified. Financial Services Experience needed Experience with Salesforce Training, Support or Implementation etc. Database knowledge (SF preferred). Cognos reporting needed. Experience with CRM software packages and data management disciplines supporting sales and marketing business processes Strong candidates will be able to work independently with little direct oversight and will have a good understanding of database concepts and how applications tie into the databases Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail Hands-on knowledge Cognos/reporting Hands-on knowledge of SQL/MS Access and relational database technology Highly professional, customer service focused, adaptable and flexible, interested in solving problems
