UBSU's Sigala Appeals Verdict / Addec's President Hostage in Buea

As earlier reported, Addec's President, Mbatoum Thierry presented himself before his investigator, a certain Officer de Police Mebara of the Judicial Police in Buea.  After hours of grilling on the relationship between the University of Buea students Union and Addec , he was told that the learned State Council (Procureur General- Fomkoue Joseph) has ordered that he leaves not the South West Region until he returns.
"  Si, il quite Buea on lui arĂȘte a Misselele," (If he leaves Buea he would be arrested at Misselele) a security source said. (Misselele is an area along the Tiko-Douala Road where there is a mix gendarme and police control.
We are getting from other reliable security sources at the judicial police that the said state council has travelled out of town(Buea)  since yesterday August 1 2013. He is said to have given instructions that Mbatoum Thierry reports to the police every morning until he returns. No one could precise when that could be.
It is said that Thiery was almost remanded but for the intervention of his lawyer and the fact that he presented himself a day after his Identity card was seized. Till the time of filing this post security forces are still keeping his identity card.
"It is really difficult leaving in Buea. I came here never prepared to be spending up to three days now" Mbatoum Theirry told reporters.
Meanwhile Addec's Envoy who was in Buea remains at the Buea prison awaitin trial pending the presentation of a land title or the sum of 100000 million frs as surety to gain his freedom.
