Jack-

I totally agree with you.....attack obama on his ideology, etc., but let's cut the crap about him being a muslim and not being a citizen and being a non law enforcer.  That is thinly veiled ad hominum hatred.

I'm sorry, but y'all are UNBELIEVABLE!! Now accusing the president of not enforcing every law when EVERY president, every governor, mayor, policeman, and every sheriff NEVER enforces every law. The hatred and absurdness is frightening. As far as immigration, this administration has deported MORE illegals than any other administration. Where was your bitching when Dubya wasn't enforcing every immigration law? And with the pot laws, conservatives, supposedly, favor stater's rights, but since its Obama, a black Democrat in the presidency, you want the Federal government to step in, even though the states voted to decriminalize it. If this were a Republican president, you would be screaming "federal takeover" if the Feds tried to overrule the state laws in this case.
The only consistency with the Rights (because the mainstream Republicans have tried to stay consistent in their policies), is that if Obama is for it, they're against it, even if it goes against time honored Republican values, like state's rights.
Sorry of the harsh rant, but the blind hatred and opposition makes me angry and sad. I didn't like Reagan, but I did agree with some of his policies and I didn't want him to fail. I didn't care much for Bush 2, but I wanted him successful in his wars and policies. I don't see this happening here. Too many people are ACTIVELY taking steps to try to make these policies fail. The state of Florida and other states are doing what they can to undermine the health care reform. Trying to make the policies of our fail, well, that's un-American, as far as I'm concerned.

That is the provence and discretion constitutionaly of the head of the executive branch and has been exercised thoughout the history of the US by prioritizing the enforcement of the laws passed by the legislative branch and interpreted by the judicial branch regardless of the party in power in the two branches (Executive and legislative).  The judicial branch is supposed to be independent of partisan politics.

But , lets agree it is the law, did not President Obama swear an oath to up hold the laws of the land?
And if so, then why has he not implemented certain provision of Obamacare as the law indicates?
To up hold the LAW?
Or enforcing marijuana laws?
Or immigration laws?

He picks and chooses which laws he likes.
Not much of an oath…………

Bruce-
what if your constituents don't want to pay taxes?
The referendum on Obamacare has taken place.  It is the law of the land.  Am I wrong on this?

Jack,
That answer was stupid. Who said anything about the Obama election? Voting against Obamacare because your constituents want you to and working with a bi-partisan group to come up with a better answer is not mutually exclusive. It is in fact what your constituents want.

FORTY-ONE times? That's plain stupid.  You lost the vote, Obama was elected TWICE. Get over it and move on. Work with the president to make a more palatable bill Simple!

Jack,
If your constituents were against Obamacare and wanted you to vote to defund it, why would responding to and representing your electorate be a waste of time?

I'm curious as to how much time and money were wasted on the 41 voted to defund ObamaCare when the House Repub knew it would never pass the Senate? Isn't that a waste of tax payer's money? I wonder if they can come up with a actual dollar figure.

Curious, what are the Fox crowd blaming the high health care costs on? I don't see a lot of solutions being proposed from them other than kill Obamacare.

This is a fascinating video on our exorbitant health care costs that Guy posted to my Facebook site. It's worth watching.
