Title: IT Infrastructure Manager
Duration: 1 Year

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Job Description:
• The individual will work with various groups within IT and outside of IT to define requirements, understand the application being used, and provide strategic deployment and implementation guidelines to effectively implement web based application delivery.
• The position is responsible for recommending and implementing new solutions with respect to web delivery needs for applications/services.
• Successful candidates will have several years of experience with web infrastructure design, engineering, configuration, implementation, and maintenance in a global environment.
• Candidate must have the ability to manage project related tasks from beginning to end with little supervision. This includes arranging schedules and activities to meet project related milestones.
Required Skills:
• Candidate must have the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities on a daily basis.
• Experience with IIS 5 and IIS 6, IIS 7. (Apache, Weblogic or similar web systems environments depending on application or project)
• Familiarity with ITIL methodology including Incident, Change and Configuration Management
• Practical understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and Proxy Servers as they related to web delivery.
• Knowledge of asp, asp.net v1.1, v2, v3.5 and v4.0
• Excellent Customer Service skills including the ability to manage and communicate customer needs and requirements
• Good technical writing skills
