Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 12+ Months
Hands-on experience with the Hardtop stack (Map Reduce Programming Paradigm, HDFS,
NoSQL, Pig, Hive)
Hands-on experience with some level of administration, configuration management,
monitoring, debugging, benchmarking and performance tuning of Hadoop
5+ years hands-on experience with open source software platforms and languages (e.g.
Java/JEE, Linux, Apache, Perl/Python/Ruby, Webservcies, REST)
Previous experience with RDBMS, SQL, database performance tuning, high scale application
handling is highly desirable
Experience with architecture and design of analytics platforms
Experience with HTML, Javascript
Experience in AWS
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
