Skills Required and Job Description:

Qualifications  A minimum of a B.A or B.S. Degree is required. B.A. or B.S. major in a Business field (such as Economics, Business Administration, or Finance/Accounting is preferred.) Job Description:   Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills required  Proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required Experience in Process Engineering.  Will take people with no banking, if they don't have banking would like Six Sigma certification.  Want critical thinkers.  Looking at IT solutions,  client taking 87 systems and demising them.  This is not an IT position, but some IT is okay.  Must have excellent communication and soft skills they will be dealing with stakeholders.
