| Requirement :: Need Candidate with strong HealthCare background. * Solid experience working with large, multivariate datasets, using programming software packages such as SQL, SQL Scripts, Oracle x (9, 10, 11), RDBMS Tools (TOAD), Oracle Discoverer * Experience with data collection from electronic medical records and data analysis required * Experience in public health, health administration and information technology required. * Prior Healthcare Informatics experience working in the development, analysis and implementation of information systems in a health-care environment or analyzing public health data is necessary. * Knowledge of or experience in Health Care/Service delivery, Quality Management, and Managed Care preferred. * Familiarity with Healthcare Industry trends - HITECH Act, Meaningful Use, Core Measurers. * Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Access. Ability to create and run MS/Access queries preferred. * Relational Database Concepts. * Knowledge of QuadraMed CPR. * Experience with a variety of Business Intelligence Solutions - IBM Cognos, Oracle OBIEE, Microsoft SharePoint, SAP Business Objects, Information Builders and the like preferred. * Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong data management and data analysis skills. * Quick learner, Team Player, Self Starter, Multitasking * Must be able to work independently and to attend to detail. * Medical coding certificate/expertise preferred. EPIC experience a plus. |
