Positions: 1

Duties:

·         Writes and proofs production level specifications for design changes to complex parts and assemblies related to major programs and product improvements by analyzing engineering data and other related data for Product Delivery Process (PDP) / Product Data Management (PDM) tools.

·         Using the engineering change process, creates, coordinates and maintains complex Bills of Material, Material Masters, drawing revisions and part attribute data in corporate information systems.

·         Provides work direction and trains team members and other users as needed to assure work is completed using proper processes.

·         Uses knowledge and experience to serve as liaison and consultant providing feedback that affects specification and decision activities; serves as specification representative for project teams.

·         Completes various specification audits and monitors Engineering changes to ensure data integrity and uniformity.

·         Coordinates and delegates inter-factory decision changes.

·         Facilitates required multi-discipline meetings, records and publishes meeting minutes and works closely with other affected stake holders to establish a consistent pattern for adopting specifications.

 

Absolute requirements:

Any 4-year College degree

Preferred experience:

Experience with SAP, cProjects, Microsoft Excel functions and Pivot Tables, power point, PDMLink, Business Object reports, quick learner, ability to multitask, self-learner.

Schedule is typically 7am-3:30pm, but there is some flexibility.

Good communication and work ethic are required.
