Description: This role as Business Analyst/Project Lead will involve working directly with call center management, telephony vendor, and multiple I.T. support teams to ensure quality and timely solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities to include: Developing and maintaining release scope, Managing vendor relationships and
delivery timelines, Gathering, documenting and tracking project requirements through the SDLC, Working with business, compliance, legal, information security and vendor partners on system design and function, Providing vendor support with testing and defect resolution, Ensuring compliance with change management , SDLC, and FISMA procedures. Minimum Requirements: Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) process, Strong written and oral communication skills,
