Job Title:System admin with Web (jboss, Apache, Weblogic, Tomcat)

Location: Niskayuna, New York

Duration:3years

only GC ,Citizens

 

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:

This Contractor is required to be a U.S. Citizen OR Green Card due to duties that may expose the employee to Export Control restricted data.

 

IT Systems Administrator

- Experience installing and configuring third party software packages

- Two or more years experience administering at least one Java application server (Tomcat, Weblogic, JBoss) and related server technologies

- Two or more years experience administering at least one web server (SunOne, IIS, Apache HTTPD)

- Knowledge of Operating Systems - Windows, Linux and Unix Servers

- Strong customer support, and communication skills

- Knowledge of Single Sign On Products - CA Siteminder preferred

- Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle, MS SQL) preferred

- Basic knowledge of programming languages - Java, .net, PHP, Perl preferred

GC / Citizen only

•Experience between 3-5 years only

 

 

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:  

 

- Has to be a US national or a Green Card holder for Export Control regulation.

- Willing to work onsite out of GE Niskayuna office.

- Willing to take direction and report to GE supervisor.

 

Total experience in required skill (years):

3+ Years expereince in Web Admin Support

 

Total experience in required skill (years)      

• Minimum of 3+year work experience preferred
