Job Description:Job Role: Cisco Firewall engineer
Location: NYC
Duration: 4-6months
Interview Type: In-person after Telephonic
– able to perform Cisco firewall activities – review and optimize rulebase as a MUST
· Experience with Cisco devices. (e.g. Cisco 6500, 4900, 3750, 7200, Nexus 7000, 5000, 2000, ASA firewalls
· Demonstrated expertise with Cisco IOS is a must.
· Configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers.
· Security: ACLs, PIX OS, ASA, Tacacs+, Leap, Peap required. IDS experience is a plus.
· Working knowledge of Configuration Management tools and processes.
· Understand Data Center design principals.
