Experience creating OLAP cubes using Transformer, creating Framework models
Creates and maintains HRIS Reports in Cognos 10 BI
Analyzes and addresses reporting performance issues.
Creates and maintains SQL stored procedures to interface HRIS data with external systems.
Prepares test data and test plans. Tests and debugs solutions.
Interfaces with customers to define and document business requirements and processes continuing through to delivery and acceptance
Experience in building at least one Cognos Reporting Solution from inception to delivery which includes Cognos upgrade
