| Provide business production support. Work with Business, Architects and Technical teams to understand data quality issues and identify root causes. Develop functional requirements. Work with QA Teams to fix code level defects. Work with design & development teams during the construction phase. Work across multiple projects, allocate time appropriately as needed and meet project deadlines. Guide and mentor production support SA team and drive the team. Knowledge in business intelligence and analytics products . Manage an onsite/offshore team model. Collaborate with current vendors for knowledge acquisition and transition. Experience with DB2, Oracle and analytical tools like Toad, Brio etc. | |
